Biography:

Hi my name is Danielle, I am a Personal Trainer here at Flexion Fitness and I have worked in the fitness industry for around 7 years. I found a love for training from the very first time I entered a gym, strength training in particular as this was an area I seemed to excel in! It wasn’t long before I realised that this was the only career for me, I then completed my level 2 qualification and became a gym instructor. Having this job role enabled me to gain vast experience in all aspects of training styles and encouraged me to set an example and make much healthier life choices which therefore resulted in achieving a total loss of over 5 stone in bodyweight. Feeling the benefits of this not only physically but mentally changed my life and lead to my decision to become a personal trainer, my goal is to share my knowledge from my journey with other people, make them feel more confident in the gym and most of all make their own personal goals and dreams possible. Engaging with so many different people and helping to make the gym a friendly environment is one of the things I love most about my job, if you are struggling in any way you can find me on the gym floor training or with my clients and also in our studios taking numerous classes such as my personal favourite Spinning please feel free to come over and say hello I’ll be more than glad to help!
